The owners wanted to increase their space by adding on a second storey to their home.  Upstairs consists of a new bedroom, ensuite and retreat.   Views from the balcony overlooking the local area has enriched the R & R time of the owners.  The existing house layout was altered to accomodate the stairs and increase the master bedroom size.  Creating a bigger main bathroom and adding on an alfresco area completed the transformation.
