The owners built the existing 3 x 2 home four years ago.  Finding a need to increase their space, they opted to build up and extended to create another 2 bedrooms, activity room, computer nook, walk in linen cupboard and bathroom.  Utilizing the existing study, the stairwell was created to bring the two levels together.
