Told Bruce of our needs and he took those into consideration and the end result was better than expected.
The owner's wanted to increase the rear of the home by renovating and increasing the size of the kitchen. A spacious meals area and family room were also incorporated in the new design. A double garage and storeroom completed the renovation.
