Needing extra space, but loving the suburb that they lived in, the Owner's of this home decided to extend and renovate rather than move house.  Removing the existing sleepout, the home was extended from the rear adding a new study, bedroom, master bedroom and living area.  A garage was also included.  The kitchen was also revamped.
